Next meeting will be a dinner on April 23, 2024
President Billy's Dinner meeting on the 9th was all about us! We did not have a program so we brainstormed about what's next for the club. Dinner locations, fundraisers, ideas, all of it on the table. And yes, there was singing....
All by the glow of our club banner
Better Late than Never VP Peg presented President Billy with his pin flag from our last fall's golf outing.
Check your calendar for the next month's date, join the crew for some outside community service! It's an hour or so on a Saturday.
Our Evening with Psychic Josephine Ghiringhelli was a smash! We're still waiting on numbers but the consensus was that it was fun, entertaining, and we're really pleased at the turnout.
Many thanks to our sponsors:
Our officers have all graciously agreed to another term and were duly nominated and elected. Their terms will begin (continue) with the new Rotary Year on July 1.

Our flagpole is in operation again! Painting next.
A little history: this was a service project in 2006 to honor Rotary International's Centennial. Our Charter president, Edward T Otis, Jr. and Rotarian Harold Raynor had originally maintained the site for over 40 years. We cleaned up the site, refurbished the pole and placed our Welcome to Westhampton/Westhampton Rotary sign.
We placed the below plaque to note that centennial, to honor both the men, and to thank our community for its support of our efforts.
Little trivia: what's the name of the ball at the top of the flagpole?
Food Pantry needs continue:
Bring non-perishable canned goods to our dinner meetings and Liz Lederer will deliver them to the Little Free Pantry on Mill Road (near the Beach United Methodist Church). Rice, beans, canned soups, peanut butter....any food that can be outside in the pantry cabinet. The ecumenical Food Pantry housed at Immaculate Conception Church is also in need of the same items as well as toiletries, canned tuna, condiments, jar sauce, jelly, cereal, diapers in size 4. Drop items off at the parish office during the day. (Corner of Ocame Ave. and Main St.)
