orm a committee to plan our holiday party. I mean, don't you think she has her hands full nursing Billy? Likely date to be our December meeting Tuesday evening. Come on with the party ideas!

The Food Pantry Fundraiser Dinner is Saturday,
October 26th. We partner with the Knights of Columbus and the Westhampton Kiwanis to produce this event to support the local Food Pantry. Raffle items are still needed for this event as well as sponsors. Solicit letter can be found within the calendar event. ------------>

We will be setting up the hall on FRIDAY Oct 25th at 9:30 am.
Volunteers who signed up to work the event should arrive at 4:30 or 6:30pm (depending on which shift, obv). Be sure to purchase your dinner ticket ahead of time, it's $25 in advance but $30 at the door. And sorry, this event we have chosen not to feed the volunteers, it all goes to the food pantry.

The Herb Phillips Memorial Golf Outing (t0 
fund the scholarships we provide to local students) is Tuesday, October 29th. Brochures are attached to the calendar -- go to our website, click on either the events on the right or the calendar, and scroll to the outing event. You can download/print or forward in email to your friends/contacts. We still need sponsors and golfers! And VP Peg is looking for raffle items.

Liz Lederer has been hard at work on getting our dates organized as well as securing food donations from local businesses for the dinners. Fauna is donating in January, Justin's Chop Shop in March, and we're getting bagels from Goldbergs for every breakfast! Thank these businesses when you patronize them!
Our responsibilities will be to show up, serve dinner, and prepare the next day's lunches. You'll find the dates in the event calendar.
